Founded in 2013 by Valerie, a dedicated reflexology specialist offering exclusively reflexology. This peaceful sanctuary is a space for you to unwind, relax, and experience the healing benefits of reflexology. Nestled in the heart of Honor Oak Park, South East London, the Reflexology Room is your retreat for rejuvenation and well-being.

Reflexology is a natural therapy that targets specific points on the feet to restore balance, enhance the body’s natural healing process, and fostering a lasting sense of relaxation and well-being, both physically and emotionally.

Valerie was formally a qualified nurse and has specialist reflexology training in pregnancy, postnatal and preconception. She has attained diplomas in nerve and 5 element reflexology and she has completed courses in lymph drainage, mindful reflexology and Chinese foot massage.
