My name is Valerie Graham
I established the Reflexology Room in Honor Oak Park in 2013 and I have been treating the local community ever since. I hold an IIR diploma in reflexology and a diploma in nerve reflexology. I have also undertaken specialist training in preconception, maternity, postnatal reflexology, mindful reflexology, reflexology lymph drainage and Chinese foot massage.
I believe we have lost the ability to stop and reconnect with ourselves due to today’s busy lifestyles, and we have forgotten how our bodies have a remarkable ability to regenerate and renew. Reflexology is a wonderful tool to do just that. I have seen for myself how a focussed reflexology treatment stimulates responses in my clients and offers them the space and time to allow their body’s to recuperate. I get great pleasure at seeing how reflexology has a positive impact on my clients’ lives.
My reflexology journey began a number of years ago. After graduating from the University of Ulster and embarking on a long career in nursing. I then made the momentous decision to change my career path after receiving regular reflexology treatments and personally experiencing its many benefits.
I am passionate about reflexology and I believe it is important that my clients receive the best up to date techniques and advice during their treatment.
I have undertaken many specialist courses under the tutelage of the best lecturers and tutors from the UK and internationally to ensure I maintain my high standards.
I am fully insured, hold AOR membership and have qualifications in First Aid and British Sign Language. I also adhere to GDPR privacy policy guidelines and I hold a special treatment licence with Lewisham Council.
